Part 2 is an exam that consists of 6 separate tests: General Diagnosis, NeuromusculoSkeletal, X-ray, Chiropractic Principles, Chiropractic Practices and Associated Clinical Sciences.
Part 3 is a multiple choice exam consisting of 200-210 questions covering nine clinical areas. The test is designed "to assess clinical competence and skills that are nationally accepted as necessary in light of practice" - (WCCE Candidate's Guide; N.B.C.E.). Currently, Part 3 is required by most states for licensure.
The exams are conducted twice a year (usually March and September) at most of the Chiropractic colleges. The next exams are scheduled for March 15-17, 2013 and September 6-8, 2013.
