Dr. Dev Batungbacal

 

Dr. Batungbacal has been actively teaching Review courses for National and State Boards since 1981.

 

After the University of Hawaii, and graduation from Sherman College of Chiropractic, he ran an Upper Cervical (NUCCA) practice for several years in Hawaii.

 

He began his career in exam preparation in 1981 as the only full-time researcher and instructor with Irene Gold Associates. During his 4 years with Irene Gold Associates, he was instrumental in the development of the State Board Program and the design of the innovative approach to teaching radiology.

 

He started Professional Licensing Consultants, Inc. in 1984.

 

During his career, he has taught as many as 30-40 Review courses a year (for state and National Boards), and tens of thousands of Chiropractors and students.
